Clowes Developments (UK) Limited are delighted to announce the letting of Unit 1d at Bentley Bridge Business Park, Wolverhampton

7th July 2011

The deal, which was concluded at the start of July, now means that Phase 1 of the business park is fully let.  The site has proved remarkably successful given the present market conditions, with occupiers on site being Euro Car Parks, Donghua (UK) Limited, Wolverhampton Primary Care Trust and Principal Hygiene.

Whilst the new store is now being fitted out ready for trading, Clowes' attentions have turned to Phase 2.  Plans are afoot to shortly submit a planning application to build a second terrace of comparable style units, which we anticipate to be available by summer 2012.
