Clowes Developments (UK) Limited has concluded its fourth deal in just 6 months at Bentley Bridge with Euro Car Parts taking a 10 year lease on unit 1C, which totals 4,986 sq ft.
The completion of this deal has meant that only one unit now remains, and with a client already having expressed an interest, it will not be long before this unit is also snapped up.
Plans are in place to construct the next phase of units enabling the site to keep up with the demand, along with several other opportunities which are to be pursued via a design and build basis
