Clowes Developments (UK) Limited have constructed 15,000 sq ft of grade A accommodation on a speculative basis, which is the first to take place in the county for a number of years.

Dairy Crest has completed a £1.1m upgrade at its Dove Valley Park site to encourage greener ways of working. A new link building between the milk bottling site and the adjacent factory which makes plastic bottles at Dairy Crest's Foston facility means there is a reduced need for vehicle movement. The new link building means that bottles are now moved between factories on conveyor belts rather than by wagons, as they were in the past.
