The Trustees of the Charles Clowes Pension Fund

The fund is a self administered Pension Fund which operates with a board of independent trustees.

It has nine freehold properties, being a mixture of retail, office, distribution and residential premises all in the Midlands region.  These are all completed and let properties.

The fund also holds other investments and a balance of cash to ensure liquidity for payment of pensions.  The fund's sponsoring employer is Clowes Developments (UK) Limited.  The fund is over funded and no contributions or liability falls on the sponsoring employer.
